I have tried hypnosis CDs previously (Paul McKenna) without results or significant effects so when i stumbled accross Glenn Harrolds CD i thought id have one last go with a different hypnotherapist.
The results have been better than i could have wished, i lost 6 pounds in around 10 days and have kept the weight off too!
My weight is going down slowly and steadily and i think about food in a totally different way now.
I would recommend listening to any of Harrolds CDs once a week so as to keep your mind focused on your goals, it works better this way.

I bought this CD purely on the strength of the following reviews and I am very glad I did. I received the disk on the 21st March and today on the 9th April I have lost about three-quarters of a stone (My scales are crap and I try not to concentrate on weight merely on how I feel and how clothes fit).
I have had no trouble using the CD. I listened to the first track for the first couple of weeks but alternate between the two depending on which one I want to listen to. I have put the two tracks onto my mobile phone and have no problems putting the phone into offline mode and listening to Glenn where and when ever I want. His voice is very easy to listen to and I have had no problems with the accent.
I have struggled with my weight for years and when I get bored I just pig out. I can now walk through the kitchen when bored, take a drink of water look at biscuits and bread and say 'no thanks not interested'. For me, a real step forward.
As a side benefit I feel so much better in myself and am sleeping deeper. I find that when I lose weight I snore less so a benefit for my wife which is a bit galling!
A very effective programme.

I'm going to keep this brief. Fantastic. After 3 months I had lost 2.5 stones. After 5 months I've kept it off - weight decreasing slowly and safely and I'm exercising (and enjoying it!). This worked beyond expectations. I came to this CD after using the one to get over fear of flying by the same guy. That worked - (have flown 4 times since using it - no problems) so I thought I'd risk another tenner. Thank you Glenn Harrold!

I bought this CD not really convinced that it would work for me but thought it couldn't hurt.
Having lost two and a half stone last year I found the weight slowly creeping back on; it was seemingly impossible to regain my previous motivation to maintain. But I have been using Glenn Harrold's CD for just two Weeks and have already lost 8lbs. Glenn Harrold's voice is soothing and reasuring and I had no difficulty relaxing. Listening to the CD has given me the encouragement that I needed to change my life permanently.
I'm delighted with the results! I really feel now that I will be able to maintain my idea weight.

I bought this CD as a sort of last resort, after not seeming to have the self-discipline to keep off weight I had worked hard to lose. I very quickly became used to Glenn Harrold's accent. He begins by explaining what is going to happen and then leads you into a simple relaxation exercise. For some reason I am always out like a light by this point, and have not yet managed to stay awake! We are told this doesn't matter, however. I have used the CD regularly for 3 weeks or so and cannot report an enormous change yet in the willpower side of things, but I have definitely lost certain unhealthy food cravings I had. While the effects are very subtle and not really enough in themselves to cause weight loss, it is early days. I certainly sleep better 9 times out of 10, and this has been an unexpected bonus! I did not have this with another weight loss CD by a more well-known hypnotist. Indeed, I have now bought other CDs of Glenn Harrold's to try. I look forward now going to sleep at night, instead of lying awake worrying about the next day. Highly recommended.
