 More than worth the money November 4, 2008
I've had two of these and both have worked fine, it's the remote that gave up on the first one after about 18 months of daily use by all members of the family. Simplicity itself to set-up, yes one or two minor glitches that have been noted elsewhere, but what do you expect for a multi-region player for the money? Quality of playback is absolutely fine as is ease of use - just treat that remote with care and you'll be quids in!

So pleased with this that I bought one for all five children. Consistently gives brilliant performance over dvd's bought worldwide. Mine gets used daily. Fantastic product at excellent price. Easy to use no fiddly moving from region to region, just put the DVD in and press play. Well done amazon.

I bought this for 17 some time ago - probably a couple of years - and it has worked perfectly ever since. It is delightfully small and simple, runs quietly, and has definitely earned its keep several times over by now.

I have had this over a year and it was great played all dvds and didnt have any problems untill now.. It has stopped working so I have to buy a new dvd player.
