change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change!! May 14, 2006 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
This book is brilliant as it proves for all of us western left brained dominant people, that there is a science behind miracles. I attended a talk by the writer and was instantly in awe to see someone who not only truly believed in what they were saying but was actually excited by it. For anyone who is slightly put off with the stigma attatched to self development then this is the book for you!!! As this this is not self development this is self realisation!! I have read many books by great speakers, and even though i am somebody who is deeply committed to daily meditation, i still need to know that my own personal truths, as to what is achievable and what is possible are based on more then airy fairy platitudes!! well this book was exactly what the doctor ordered, it helps you realise what dormant powers and abillities we have inside of us, whilst explaining it in an easy to grasp mannor, for all those who want to believe that there has to be more, but just need some facts and data....this is the book for you!!!!
A fab little book with so much truth April 25, 2006 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I found this book by chance while skimming somewhere on the net. When it arrived it was with a whole pile of books I bought. This one got read cover to cover. David Hamilton has a easy style, This book has something old, something new, something borrowed and a lot of lateral new thinking and information drawn together froma plethora of sources. Its great and rare to actually have references in a book. This is one book I will recommend to ALL my friends and my clients who want to know more about the body / mind connection and Faith and healing. Buy it

Dr Hamilton should be applauded for the work carried out to provide us with such a fantastic book. He has inspired me and will no doubt inspire the thousands that will read his book. The information provided on distant healing and scientific studies carried out are mind blowing. If people share the love and prayer that Dr Hamilton has provided then the world will be a better place for us all to live in. This is a must read book and will give you a new and positive outlook in life.

This book is amazing !! I totally loved it. I felt a different person after reading it and would recommend this book to anyone, it is very easy to read even a child could pick it up and understand the whole meaning and picture of the message that is being put across. After reading this book you will understand that it definitely is 'The Thought That Counts' !!!
An Inspirational and Mind Blowing read! May 24, 2005 13 out of 14 found this review helpful
This book really inspired me. It made me realise the power that lies within me and how I can release it. It has amazing scientific studies in it that completely blew me away! And Dr. David Hamilton explains it so simply that even a young child could understand it! This is a must read!! He talks about DNA, distant healing, prayer and the power of our intentions amongst other things. He also goes on to explain how each individual affects the whole world everyday and teaches how being loving and compassionate makes a bigger difference than you think. A truly inspirational and wonderful book!
