As I have recently been on a meditation course, I thought that my 8 year old daughter may also benifit from calm time. I put this cd on after school and myself, my 8 year old and my 5 year old all relaxed and listened to the meditation together. It had a wonderfull result on them and me. No arguing and nagging for when dinner would be ready, we where all relaxed and the girls played nicely together. Our house has never been so calm after school! Put the CD on for the 8 year old at bed time and for the first time in months, she fell to sleep within 15 mins and didn't come down for any reason at all!!! I've now ordered two more so they have a varity.

My 9 yr old daughter has a very keen imagination and consequently has found it hard to settle at bedtime. We now have all Christiane's CD's and can't emphasize what a huge difference they have made in helping my daughter to relax and sleep at bedtime. She enjoys the stories and Christiane's voice is incredibly soothing, such a wonderful help. Its also taught her a relaxing technique that she has used in other situations-fantastic!

I bought this CD as part of (yet another) attempt to get my 5 year old to sleep in her own bed for at least part of the night. She has always struggled with sleep, waking herself up every 45 minutes or so, and taking 2 or 3 hours to go to sleep.
Then I bought this CD (and together with some advice from a friend about rubbing her feet) and she now goes to sleep in 15 minutes (or less)...and stays asleep for 9 hours.
This has been truly life changing for us, and I cannot thank Christiane enough...

This CD is wonderful. My eldest daughter finds it very hard to 'switch off' at bedtime & as a result lies awake for hours mulling things over in her head. That was until I bought this CD.
The soothing music, creative narrative & Christiane's calm & gentle voice helps her to totally relax, she is yet to hear the CD right to the end, she always falls asleep by track 3.
Can't recommend it highly enough!

I bought this for my children and they both adore it. They now like to play it every night at bedtime as it helps them to relax and unwind, as well as to think about any problems or issues which have arisen during the day. The music is lovely and Christiane's voice is very soothing. My children do not normally have much trouble sleeping and are rarely bothered by nightmares but I am sure that anyone with more restless children would find it extremely useful.
