I didn't enjoy this album as much as Nawang's "Tibetan Meditation Music". "Sounds of Peace" is less suitable for meditation in my opinion as apart from the first four tracks, the music is livelier and a little too fast for my liking. Also there is a "nervous", "jumpy" feel to the rest of the album. I also disliked the didgeridoo! But I think it is worth buying just for the first four, slow, meditative tracks.

First heard this album whilst having dinner in the Tibetan Kitchen in calangute Goa and was instantly mezmerised by it. Its a wonderful album for meditation, massage or Reiki therapy or even as a gentle bit of easy listening to unwind after a hard day.
