First time around, the humour's OK. On a second playing, it grates.
If you also have the French one, which is exactly the same (except for being in French), the humour will really annoy.
But, that said, this is excellent. It teaches you the basic stuff for talking to people almost without you noticing.

This is probably the best 'basic language' guide I have ever used. The structure is great and easy to follow. I really gives you confidence to try and speak the language whilst in Spainish speaking country.

I bought this before going on a 4 week tour of spain - a tour that took in regions where very little English is spoken. I needed the basics very quickly and this certainly did the trick. I got by over the full 4 weeks just by using this DVD and would recommend it to anyone. It's far better than just an audio CD because you can see the scenarios and it just makes it easier to learn. An excellent product.
