Affirmations are the thing, as they really do work and get that inner vibrational level zooming up to the stars. I much prefer the CD, far easier than reading the book, so well done Louise in anticipating what your readers, erm, listeners want. I was already a believer in affirmations but just wanted to bulk up, which it does on a grand scale.

If you are reading this, you are ready to take the next step and assume responisbility for your own life through the way you think and act. This CD is full of love, positive affirmations and Louse L.Hay's soothing voice that will help you get there. Amazing. You can do it.

As someone inclined to dismiss affirmations generally, reading this book and listening to the CD has changed my attitude - for the better I believe. I decided to give it a try after all if they did not work what had I lost, at worst I would merely be where I was before. As suggested by Louise playing the CD before and during sleep works also - I awaken with a much more positive calm energy for the day. Even if one is skeptical I would definitely recommend trying this as there is nothing to lose and plenty to gain. Try now and enjoy the benefits immediately.

this with many of her other books is a winner the cd helps you even more i have been doing affamations for a while and i know they work this will help you change the way you look at life believe me you are the one to take charge of your life this will help you understand, we are not alone, i read [the calling of your true self] great learning book spiritual with louise hay book both will improve your life and change you, help you have a better outlook on life

This is one of the best self help books (with CD). A gentle, relaxing, loving companion. Her gentle, positive affirmations work like magic. Listen to the CD in the morning and it transforms the whole day. Her words build your confidence and strength, nurturing positivity, eliminating negativity it heals all past wounds.

And inspired it with conscience of what wrong and what is right for it
He is indeed successful who purifies it." (Quran 91:7-9)
As a religious person, this book is a token for me as it has also enhanced my spiritual understanding of life.
