As a first time mum, I found this book to be a helpful guide to routines (that can be tailored to your child's needs) and also a psychological aid, as I had suffered post natal depression. Jo gives you the confidence you need, to know what to do, and points you in the right direction. A book every first time mum should have, well done supernanny!

Had really high hopes as enjoy super nanny and her practical approach, found this book lacked any real substance or specific helpful advice. Very wooly, waffled, and felt is was using her name to make money than deliver great advice. Really disappointed.
